Payments
Paddle processes checkout and payment information as merchant of record. MateAI does not collect or store card numbers.

Essential storage supports site operation and consent preferences. Optional analytics and marketing technologies are disabled until configured and permitted by consent where required.
Retention and security
Information should be retained only as long as needed for service, security, accounting, or legal requirements. We use access controls, encryption in transit, validation, and least-privilege credentials.
